Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will provide high-quality aquatic opportunities for customers with particular attention to our Learn to Swim and School Swimming programmes.
Working with both development and operational colleagues, you will assist in the design, delivery and evaluation of a safe and operationally efficient aquatics programme across all Newport Live pools.
Main responsibilities include:
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and is subject to a successful Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Flexibility to work unsociable hours including evenings and weekends is required.
Due to the need to travel between sites or occasionally to other loations, a full UK driving licence and the willingness to add business class insurance is beneficial to your application.
